Hi my name is Libby and today I will be arguing that animals should not be kept in cages. Here are my three reasons why animals should not be kept in cages.
Firstly, they shouldn’t be kept in these cages because animals need their freedom. Imagine you were in one of the animals stuck in a cage with nowhere to move.
Secondly, animals were born to enjoy the wildlife and life a happy and safe life. Sadly, some people started capturing animals and putting them in cages in the zoo. Some people think that it is cruel while others think that it is not. Mostly it is cruel because, they won’t have enough space to run around, they will not learn any life skills and they will be sad and lonely without company.
Thirdly, how would you feel being stuck in a very small cage and getting very small attention and food. Animals should live life like we do they want freedom they want to run around on fields and in backyards having fun. So would you like to be put in a cage and not being feed for days maybe having just a little portion of food a day so just think about that.
Conclusion Here is a brief summary of my reasons firstly. Animals need their freedom. Secondly that animals where born to live in the wild. Thirdly if you were an animal stuck in a cage you would not like it. If you are an animal lover you should agree with so, vote for animal’s freedom.
